Suggestion 1: Continue to improve. As a teacher, you should always ensure that you improve yourself and your profession everyday. It is a challenge to everyone to give a lesson to others that are both updated and timely. Moreover, you should also not limit yourself to books, but might as well take a look at other resources that are considered important in your subject. You should never stop learning something new most especially if it is extremely important to you.

Suggestion 2: Be dedicated. It is a value that you must have in order not to be turned in the teachers get fired list. You must be able to do your job properly and correctly. As a mentor, you must make more effort not only for teaching but for other roles as well - as leaders and managers of class. With dedication, you will make yourself more responsible and you will do the extra mile for work.

So as not to get fired, you should be able to produce quality output in everything you do. One of them, for example, is to have good and smart students on your side. Furthermore, each task assigned to you, you should be able to deliver well and do more than is necessary.

As a teacher, you can always add more ideas on how to make yourself and your profession way beyond the rest. As a note, you should always do your job in the best way you know possible.
